boat carpet help

Mcminn county area...

Who knows someone that can recarpet my boat? Have
all the carpet ripped out and glue cleaned off, just needing someone to lay it. Already picked up the new carpet and glue. Or if anyone could just help me make some cuts and lay it that would work to.

I re-done the carpet in my 18' bass boat and actually kind-of enjoyed it. It's a he!! of a job though. If you get aggravated easily you're doing the right thing by finding someone to do it for you.

Sorry I don't know anybody in that area and I'm all the way in Franklin County. LOL

yeah i quickly realized how much of a PITA it is to replace. Although i believe i have tackled the toughest part already by taking all the old stuff/glue out! i would finish it myself but dont really care to ruin $250 in carpet learning the best process to lay it...

No, taking the old out don't take any skill or meausuring. The PITA is still to come. :grin:
