Blue tongue

I been told by several farmers and hunters that they have located several dead deer on their farms this year in Lincoln county . Some are claiming its blue tongue. I know I have found two deer on our place well as a drastic drop in deer sightings from previous years. Is there any official word of a blue tongue out break ?

I have not heard anything on a major outbreak this year. You can call the wildlife folks in Region II to see if they have documented a problem.
