Anybody hunt down there? I see a lot of property for sale, and checked the harvest reports. Looking at some property down there.

There are some good deer down there. Some pockets with lots of deer too. It's patchy though. Deer on the plateau tend to have larger home ranges than other areas, so neighbors can have an impact on the quality of your hunting.

I hunt there some and there are some good deer there for sure, and A Lot of poaching. I wouldn't mind having property there so long as it didn't have road frontage.

I've seen the biggest deer of my life in Bledsoe county, but as previously mentioned, it can be spotty. Are you looking at land in the valley or on the mountain?
