Gonna take out the old muzzleloader and try to shoot a deer with it.we don't have a muzzleloader season anymore but I miss the challenge.

Our ML season went away too! But, it was replaced with rifle season starting Oct 30 this year. It's plenty difficult enough to kill a mature buck with a modern center fire rifle but I think it would be cool to poke one with a lead punkin ball, especially at more than 100 yds. Good luck!

Is that an Investarms Hawken? If so, what load are you using?

Yes investarm hawken.using 80 grains pyrodex and 300 grain federal bullet. Was using power belts they don't make anymore.
