Birthday dinner

Most 11 year olds want Pizza for their birthday. Mine:

Shrimp Bisque, Ribeye steak Medium rare with "that spicy orange sauce that you make." (Remoulade)

Me:do you want salad?
Him: A Caesar would be good.

Off to the meat market.
