i killed one saturday morning , but havent heard alot of gobbling going on .. do you think the cool weather still has them on the low down ? went this evening to some places i know i should of heard some birds and nothing . but will be going in the morning anyway !
 
I killed one saturday that gobbled all the way to his maker at about 4:30 in the afternoon. He was by himself and I didn't hear any other birds. Sunday was terrible. I didn't see or hear anything. Looks like the weather is going to stabalize, so the hunting should be good.

heard quite a few on Sat morning even during the rain. Didnt hear anything on Sunday (haha was at home on babysitting duty) but did hear a few this morning before I had to jet to work.
