Guys,
I am looking to do a two night float in the Big South Fork area. We are looking to start on early Friday morning at Leatherwood and take out at Blue Heron on Sunday morning. We are looking to do this in mid May. Can you guys give me any tips on campsites or expectations on what to expect for this float. I have read reports to monitor the CFS at the river gauges and anything over 750 GFS is pushing it for the white water sections.
Anyone have any advice or pointers for this trip?
