I'd say they probably shot bc it is a buck of a lifetime that could be one of the biggest ever on record in the state, but what do I know??

Didnt say it wasnt but when before the blood is even dry and they start with all the tagging and posting for sponsors and likes im out, miss the old days before all the glory hounds looking for a dollar off a rack thats all

If I felt like I just shot a state record I'd have more @'s than he does. There will be some cool free possibles and trinkets coming his way if so.

Great buck, looks to be upper 180s with the trash. Any mention of score? I would have thought the TN record archery for nontypicals would have been mid 190s

Believe your correct....or atleast the largest non-typical listed for archery in the TN Deer Registry is 192 and some change.

I spoke with the hunter and friends last night. The buck will be measured to see if it is a new state record. The hunter is very humble and not really seeking publicity, but he did agree to an article for North American Whitetail. This was his first bowkill...
