Obviously it's a bobcat, but what a specimen!

Tall joker. I have one about that size frequenting near a cam where I hunt as well. Biggest I've seen near me. Maybe it's all the hormones we're injecting chickens with these days?

Ha! I bet a bobcat would wreak havoc on a free-range chicken population.
They do. I had to build a large containment for my chickens. Bobcat, fox, owls completely destroyed everyone of my chickens, ducks, geese before I built a fenced containment for them. During the day I leave them roam out in the west pasture that I used to use for the Alpacas that we had. It is contained with horse fence, and at night they come back to the coop.

Be like me at an old school KFC buffet! Man that used to be some good stuff...
The prices at KFC are over the moon today. A diinner pack: 16 piece meal $46.99 includes mashed taters and mac & cheese. went to Safeway Grocery store Got 24 pieces fried chicken $18! Ma made mashed taters, mac & cheese lots cheaper and a great meal.

Not nearly as good either. When I was a kid my folks would make the drive to Sparta, TN to their KFC buffet about once per month on a Sunday afternoon. I was a scrawny runt but would get the old man's money's worth there.

Last time I had KFC, I was pretty disappointed.

I remember as a kid getting so excited when Dad came in with that white and red bucket. It was a good night. Their gravy was magic. It'll make anything taste good. If we got extra crispy....it was either someone's birthday or a holiday 👍

No no. Extra TASTY crispy. Can't forget the tasty part, you're definitely paying extra for it...

The last time I had it, I spent a good chunk of that evening in the ol WC

I get one on several of my cameras that could be that one's twin. But never at 10:27 a.m. in Broad daylight! Mine shows up once in awhile in daylight but very seldom. Night time, that's different, it will walk in front of two or three different cameras in one night and then be gone for 2 weeks.

The bobcats and coyotes on my place roam during daylight hours a lot. I've been told that's when you know you have a problem.

I got a pic of a big one last summer on our place and then saw him walk within 10 yards under my tree during bow season. His head was the size of a big cantaloupe and he was real dark all over. By far the biggest one I'd ever seen.

I'd bet everyone here a case of beer or mt dew that if you put those two pics on Facebook, within 2 hours, 90% of the people would say that's a mt lion.
I could post a picture of my obese 20 lb black house cat on Facebook and immediately the "I saw a black panther in my neighborhood" stories would start pouring out. Only group worse than Facebook for that sort of thing is the Neighborhood Websites.

I live on 8 acres and raise a few chickens . They developed 90 acres behind me so I don't see as many bobcats as I used to. This winter when it got really cold I saw the same one 3 times over a week. I wouldn't have believed this but it happened twice . He walked within 15-20 ' of my chickens , looked at them and never stopped walking. They saw him once and they started there " danger " clucking and scurried away but he showed zero interest. I was sitting in my truck " on guard" because the foxes are terrible here on my hens. I couldn't shoot him because it wasn't a safe shot with other houses in the background but with his lack of interest in my chickens I wouldn't have anyway. Speaking of the neighborhood websites there was a lady around here wanting her neighbors to chip in and buy cat food and such to feed the foxes and bobcats in the area so they wouldn't eat the sweet mice, bunnies, squirrels, and chipmunks. 🙄. She really thought supplemental feeding them would stop them from hunting her " forest fur babies" as she called them. Some people are too stupid to mingle with the rest of us in society.

Ever notice how the majority of these are middle-aged to late-aged women?

I've also come to the sad conclusion that this group is a rapidly growing segment of the Human population.
I love women and I have a PHENOMENAL wife but you are correct, they are becoming a huge problem. They stir up more crap everywhere they go and also are usually single.... wonder why?

As a single man that has used dating apps, I'm amazed at the percentage of women that list liberal on their profiles. The mental disorder of liberalism is spreading like wild fire even in Tennessee. I already know a woman my age that's single has some degree of crazy. I'm surely not taking a chance on one that's guaranteed insane.
