Congratuations on your deer! If the pic was taken in the hunting
area, just be careful with the white shirt. You never know who
might be around and see a flash of white.

I have heard atleast two stories of hunters being killed when
the other hunter saw a white flash in the woods, and shot. One
victim was taking a crap and used white toilet paper.

Not preaching...just advice.

thanks fellas,, and kenney I agree had to drag this guy up a hillside thicket absolute hell,, got hot, and took camo and orange off,,, aprreciate it,,, its crazy to think some one is actually stupid enough to do such a thing...

solodren,
I didn't mean to sound like a parent, but white in an un white
woods means a deer tail to some hunters. I don't think this type
situation is as bad in Tennessee as say (for example) Michigan.

The story of the hunter who was killed taking a crap, took place
at Catoosa in the 1960's. It wasn't a story I read in the papers,
it was told by a game warden when we were camping at catoosa a
long time ago.

I won't go into the graphic details, but it wasn't pretty. Every
since then, I have been careful with white colors while deer
hunting.

On a side note....don't show any red, white, or blue while you
are turkey hunting either.
