Yep...I had already read that. What a shame. I think it is a good example of why you would want to check out an outfitter completely before booking a hunt of that magnitude. The internet is a plethoria of info that just about anyone can find with a little digging. If I had been spending that kind of money on a hunt (which will never happen) an extra $500 to hire a PI wouldn't have even been noticed.

That sucks and everything but......if you have the financial capabilities to drop 70 grand for a hunt, then you should have the finacial means to pursue the issue and get some kind of compensation. It almost seems as if there is something else not being told, because that does'nt really make any sense to me.

it would probably be a wash at best to fund an out of state law suit to recover 70k
