I like the new Apex from cva i believe and it comes with the bergara barrel....great looking gun and good price....compare to the TC....much better price!

for sure. I love shooting flintlocks but can't find anybody that likes the old ways.
Most people use what is the easiest to use.

That Apex has been averaging 3/8" groups @ 100 yards with the 30-06 barrel mounted on it. Nice little set up.

Freakin awesome! and just what is WRONG with the synthetic stocks.....Plastic is a poor description of a stock that wont warp or twist like wood.............or scratch or dent like it either....been there ......done that......heres your sign!
 
will never shoot the power belts again. Now with the FPB hornadys and quiet happy with the results having killed my biggest and best buck with a muzzleloader last fall. looking forward to the 2010 season!

Curious as to how many wood stocked muzzleloaders or cartridge rifles you have that have warped and twisted stocks?
