Just bought a Remington 700 LSS. Looking for recommendations on what's the best factory load on deer. Plan on reloading for it but figured I'd buy some factory ammo to get started with and get my brass.

Can't speak for any factory ammo anywhere.

For reloading, that 284 family is full of great choices. I believe DA shoots a 7SAUM and whatever he pushes down the barrel would probably be a good place to start,.

I have a 7mm Rem Mag that I shoot 150gr TSX out of and like. I have 280 that I shoot 140gr partition and Ballistic tips. I figured I would see everyone's input before I went to buying ammo up.

Have you looked for any 7mm RUM factory ammo lately? You might have to shoot what you can find. 160 grain Accubonds are a great choice.

Id go very heavy for caliber and in a well constructed bullet. Maybe 160 to 175 in a partition or accubond.
