Food Plots Best brush/sapling blade

Wasn't real sure on where to post this, but if you're clearing trails or plots, this weedeater blade with chainsaw teeth is the best thing I've ever used for clearing brush and small trees up to about 4". It'll cut a 4" tree in about 10 seconds. The little saplings up to about 2" you can just swing the weedeater like your cutting grass and it goes right through them. Don't know yet how long these teeth will last or stay sharp, but I've put about 3 hours on this blade between last night and this morning, and it's still going strong. That's with cutting everything off just over ground level, so it's hit the ground every so often.

Would you recommend the red blade at all? They have a 3 pack of the chainsaw teeth blade.

I haven't tried the red one yet; I imagine it would be good for weeds/brush, better for grass, but not nearly as good for the bigger saplings.

I bought the echo kit for my echo trimmer, and seems like I got a different blade than what came in the kit from home depot. Was just a saw blade, but it did what I needed it to so that I could run a new fence.

I used to run one with just 3 big points and it would get it. Had to spin it up, tap the tree, and repeat

This goes through it and acts just like a regular chainsaw; use the left side of blade and it draws into the tree, if you use the right side it bounces off

My experience with it as well. I'm sure it was hell on the gearbox but I never had an issue.
