Im not sure we have had this topic but we have had everything close to it.

What is the single best BBQ restaurant in the town you live in. We have at least 7 or 8 in Dyersburg but I would say that Pig-N-Out has the best BBQ, Ribs and pork chops in town.

When at work in Nashville - for pulled pork I'll got with Peg Leg or B&C.

Living in Dickson County - pulled pork I'll take Fossies or Back Alley. Ribs/Brisket will go to Ronnie Q's.

I haven't tried enough of them to definitively say. So far, my favorite joint has yet to be challenged.

In Chattanooga- " Chef Q" on 58 & Signal Mountain

Only one BBQ place in the county. PAPA K-Joes.

But when I pass ricks in Lawrenceburg I grab some.

What is up with Papa Kajoe's pork bbq - it is so salty that you can't taste anything but SALT. I've had country ham that is less salty than their bbq! Their turkey bbq is not all that great, but it is edible and not that salty.
