So I've acquired a new & unfired 300 PRC in the Wildeeness Ridge B14. She's a little on the heavy side but won't be carrying to far. My question is, has anyone had experience with this round? Pros & Cons would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
 
I've got the same rifle. Topped it with a vx5. Initial sight in was good, I need to shoot it some more. I haven't shot anything with it yet.
 
All I have my hands on are 3 boxes of Hornady Precision Hunter, 212 gr ELD-X at the moment…gonna give them a whirl, hopefully the end results to be good.

I would give them a try but don't get discouraged if they don't shoot well. The ELD -X's have been my least favorite factory ammo the past couple of years. The last ones I shot were in a buddies 6.5CM and inside of 10 rounds, we had 200 FPS variance in speed. See if you can find some 225 gr ELD-M's and give them a shot.
