No they are clones.

Not sure. I bought them from an older veteran that was getting out of the knife business. I was just trying to help him out and bought several knives

I have a Benchmade that say's Taiwan on it . According to Benchmade they were made at the Benchmade plant in Taiwan but at a cheaper price although they are identical to the USA knives including 440C steel .
