Been off for a while, need help

Went to the gun club and warmed up at the indoor range. I pulled arrows from blocks of rubber that is the same as carpet backing. I noticed, too late, that one bullet tip came off in the foam. If I knew where it came from, I could possibly retrieve it. What can I do to keep the practice tips from loosening? I put a drop of epoxy in the threads for my aluminum XX75 arrows. A bit of heat loosens the tip. Not sure about carbon arrows. TIA.

I check every tip after every shot never had one come off a little loose but not off.

Yep. The wax does a pretty good job of keeping them in place. Will stop a rattle from a loose broad head too.

I normally check each tip before I shoot but missed this time. Got bow string wax, will give it a try. Thanks.
