I got a beaver problem on a creek that adjoins my neighbor property. I want them eradicated and the dams busted because it is effecting my stream and it floods.
Neighbor calls my wife and says he has UT out and they like his plan of leaving the Beavers to hold ducks on the property. He tells wife UT says we can't move the Beavers or bust dams because it changes the water way. He is out of town and is going to call me when he is back.
I am allowed to kill Beavers and bust dams out of my creek right?

There is a year round (daylight hours only) season on beaver. On your own property, you would be OK to shoot them.

The dams may be another issue. Give the wildlife manager in your regional office a call and see what they say.
