I got the deer,hog and turkey.I would love to take a bear but know nothing about hunting them.

That's why I wait till muzzleloader and rifle season to hunt in the national forest. My brother and his friend got chased out of the woods by a bear around 1995 or so in bumpas cove plus I see a few every year in there and some of them have no fear of man.

Wish i was there, i want to kill a big one, ive killed two with my bow, but not like i want. Im in monroe county, dog season opens saturday, hope to kill a big bear
