Bear hunt proposal Questions

Now that the proposal is out, I was hoping to get some answers to a couple of questions regarding the new hunt (proposed) on the Northern Plateau. Thank you

1. I see where BSF is proposed as being excluded from the hunt, what about other public lands (State Forest, WMA's) in the area?

2. Is there a proposed quota on bears or hunters except for just the limits that archery only brings?

3. Any special check in procedures? Etc Etc Etc.

1. The only ones I recall for sure that are closed on the Plateau are BSF and Scott State Forest.

2. Just the limits that archery brings.

3. Bears must be checked at a physical check station. No Internet or mobile check in is allowed for bears.
