Spook style lure for me. Although today was the first time in weeks that I didn't catch at least one on it. A 4 bladed spinnerbait was the ticket for today but only while the wind was blowing.
 
to be honest theres so much bait in the water right now on KY lake i could probably throw the whole tackle box in the water and still not find a fish.
 
3/8oz worm weight unless fishing willows ect like center hill lake, then I free line it with the hook being the only weight . lot of new hooks these days I am not familiar with, can attest that they are a lot sharper these days
 
Ned rig with z-man craw. work it in short hops with varied sit periods. When they pick it up give them a 3 count then set the hook.
This afternoon went for supper in a creek mouth full of dead falls. 10 casts, 6 hookups, 4 largemouths 2 to 2 1/2 lbs each.
supper was really good!
