Any one know who in West Tennessee might be able to cut a Browning Barrel down and thread it for me?

Rethreading for chokes will almost certainly require you to use Briley thin wall system or similar. There won't be enough beef in the barrel for standard pattern threads in all likelihood. You're probably money ahead at that point to just buy a shorter barrel and have it finished to match.
Call WHMC in Humboldt, north of Jackson. They may can do it.
Not west tn but rose action sports in pembroke ky is highly spoke of. I just sent a Benelli Vinci barrel to him. It will be able to run Truchoke not the thin wall but the regular. Give him a call it's fairly close still. And for what it's worth I had a super x2 barrel threaded for winchoke and a new style a5 barrel threaded for remchoke so not always gotta be thin wall. And 160$ to have it done is a lot cheaper than some of these new barrels.

I have had WHMC do this specifically with no issues.
What did they do it on for you and what type chokes did they put.
