Wife made a big ole pot of baked beans yesterday afternoon.
Beans, hamburger meat etc.
They are THE BOMB.

She went to bed last night and left them on the counter.
In a dish with the top on it.

Been on the counter overnight.

I think they would still be ok.
What would you do ?

The experts will tell you to throw them out because of the meat; think e.coli and microbiology. Reheating it will NOT guarantee to kill the toxins.

However, we have all eaten food left out pass the magic 2 hour window at family reunions, cookouts, etc. Some of us make it, some get sick and some enter the after life a bit too early.

How tough are you?

eat it. back in college my favorite breakfast was pizza that had been left out all night. that and a beer in the morning and i was good to go. of course that was 30 years ago. Probably kill me now. :D

Worst I'd guess would be a lil bit of the runs....but heat it up good and it should be fine. I'm not sure how e.coli would find its way into a prepared food like that but what do I know. Could be other things make you sick but sounds like it didn't sit too terribly long, give the immune system a little exercise :D
