Has twra put out any rules about baiting
Maybe they'll quit huntingNot happening til next year. They will be broken anyways so it's dumb. When people still cant kill big deer over corn those people will find something else to whine about.
people will find out its not a majic bullet, and mostly deer will use bait at nightNot happening til next year. They will be broken anyways so its dumb. When people still cant kill big deer over corn those people will find something else to whine about.
Already have heard a couple people in cwd area who said they are baiting with corn at their cameras. Common thought seems to be that since the state is making it legal to hunt them over corn with a paid bait license, it must not be such big a concern with spreading the disease. Not happening til next year. They will be broken anyways so its dumb. When people still cant kill big deer over corn those people will find something else to whine about.
I doubt it. With the passing of the bill they clearly don't care about cwd anymore.Except the TWRA will continue to outlaw baiting and feeding of deer in CWD areas

Twra may care the commission doesnt. Hunters are torn because there's a lot out there with no real answers. No the TWRA got an exemption into the law to allow them to continue to outlaw baiting and feeding in counties with CWD
They care
Hunters don't
Take that up with your representatives. They passed it after TWRA took a public stance against it for multiple years. Do you really believe that TWRA would publicly come out to lawmakers against something the commission supported? Neither TWRA nor the commission have the authority to thumb their noses at the laws of the state.Twra may care the commission doesnt. The representative of my area is a certified dumb ass. My guess is his wife is the reason he even has the job.Take that up with your representatives. There won't be any legal baiting this fall. That much we know.
