If baiting is considered, should it be legal on public lands?

No, if somebody puts out bait at a spot then they will think it's their spot cause they put out money for the bait and nobody should hunt there and if there is somebody else hunting it it will turn into a fight. Then you got the anti-baiters that will be upset if they don't see anything and blame it on the fact the bait is drawing all the deer to it. You got to blame a bad day of hunting on something

No. I do not want bait near me if I'm on public or private.

i thought about this on the other thread. I would say if it ever was legal, that it should still be illegal on public land. too many fights over "that's my bait pile"....

oh and to add many states have different laws for private and public lands.

Twra isn't going to consider baiting. Plenty of other states to hunt over bait, including KY just above us.
