I know these aren't legal during season, just wondering if anyone uses them the rest of the year?

If its the mineral in a burlap sock why wouldn't it be legal. Mineral and salt is legal.
The tag says "roughage products and natural sweeteners " and the guy at co-op said that the percentage was too high
I've seen it but never paid any attention to it. Don't you hang it in a tree and let the rain leach the goods from inside to form a lick under it?
