Bacons bend

A guy told me a about a place called bacons bend in east tn. It isn't listed on any of my public hinting maps and was wondering if anyone knows about it? I've been to it but I couldn't see if it was public. There weren't any no tress passing signs. If you know anything will ya pm me. I'm always looking for new places to hunt.

It's part of the Tellico Lake WMA. The map is on TWRA's website. I've hiked around it some in the off-season. Never hunted it.

It makes me hungry! :lol: You know many years ago some ole boy was hunting or fishing while Momma was making breakfast in some hollow and that smell was pouring down on that bend making him hungry. Its been called that ever since! You gotta love Hillbilly's and I can say that because I'am one, and many generations before me. :super:
