Bacon wrapped sweet potatoes

Peal sweet potato
Slice potato thickness of your bacon and cube
Steam sweet potato cubes 15 minutes
Let cool, wrap in bacon
Prepare a brush on sauce of 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs sesame seeds
Brush the bacon wrapped sweet potato cubes and place in oven at 400 degrees
Brush about 5 minute intervals until you run out
Remove from oven when bacon is done to your liking

Sounds very intriguing! I had some smoked sweet potatoes today, very delicious. Adding bacon to them might make them a complete meal.
