Anyone else save it to cook with? What's the strangest thing you have seasoned with it?

I keep a quart jar in the fridge if it gets below half full I start getting nervous.
 
We save all our bacon grease in a grease crock http://amzn.to/12uPKod but also use a mason jar from time to time. We cook everything in bacon grease. I just cooked a cast iron feta,red tater, bacon and spinach frittata in about an inch of grease and it tasted darn good
 
I have always had success using bacon grease as an attractive for when I wanted to take snap shots of big foot, but lately have had trouble with the "Black Panthers" eating my bait.
Seriously, I have always save bacon grease, great for just about everything.
 
Guess it aint that strange but, I sure do like about 1/3 cup in cabbage along with 4 or 5 crushed red peppers.
