Bacon Cheddar Burger

[Purple Onion]

Chop and Brown 1lb of bacon and about 1/2 done and drain.

Take 2 lbs of ground beef(or venison)

mix 16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese (add pepper jack if you want it spicy)

Add bacon to above mix

mix thoroughly and make patties to desired sized and thickness.

Now I am waiting on Johnnybond to show up with the appetizers and charcoal will post pics once he shows up.

Did not make last night with the charcoal.....ended up at Outback....still waiting on Strut to pay...... Happy hour and the craw fish were ..... No dented cans there Stovepipe... :grin:


Will be back on the burgers this evening.... may even try the old Italian seasoning as well....

Burgers,grilled onions,cheddar wurst
JohnnyBond about burnt the entire grill up
Appetizers were good
Bellies are full and good old Johnnybond is asleep in the chair
Somebody come get him and take him home
Burgers are good and will also be good for Lunch tomorrow

I am out until the grills starts tomorrow
