It's been a while since I've had some backstrip so I thawed some out.

Grilling it on skewers with onion, mushrooms and bell peppers....

I'll saute the extras!

Looks good! I believe I still have one in the freezer. You've inspired me to thaw that thing out because I normally try to be completely out of venison when deer hunting starts up again. Seems to be I'm more motivated when there's an empty freezer.
