And it feels good. I am bow hunting today! I haven't done this in a while. I forgot how much I need this. Had a group of does walk by early (3 grown ups and 4 little ones). Held off because it was early, and I wanted to spend more time in the tree. They have been hanging around all day. I've really enjoyed watching them.
A flock of turkeys can by but stayed just out of range. Watched them get all feisty with a hawk. Came back to me a couple of time but still too far to shoot.
Just had a lone doe cross behind me at 40 yards so I passed on her as well.
The shadows are getting long and my.... Um back yeah my back is getting sore. So I will soon be calling an end to this most excellent day!!!
