Seems a little early, but a spear was sticking up here and there. A bunch just breaking ground will be ready in a day or 2.

Mine is in raised beds which must be warmer than "in the ground" I have already picked 4 good messes and now have started letting it grow to give energy to the roots.

Mine is in the ground, don't know the variety. Most years doesn't start growing till around 1st week of April. This bed was started in 2021 from seed collected from an older bed. The original bed was planted by my Mother before 1952 and has had multiple reincarnations.
