arrowhead hunting question?

Can you make a screen and dig in a creek or the wash outs and sift thru it for arrow heads?

I am trying to figure out how to build a hydraulic sifter screen, so that I can mine an entire untouched newly found mound, does anyone have any ideas

I have a 450B case smooth track loader, a mini-excavator, I am trying to rig/build an hydraulic sifter, where I can load about 3 yards of dirt at one time, hit the switch and sift thru the dirt, I am attempting to mine the entire sit, lol

It is not legal to dig into burial mounds. Or grave areas .
