Arrow weight question?

I need a question from the experts out there, since I'm still kinda new at bowhunting and still learning. My total arrow weight is 391 grams give or take a little and the arrow is 9.7gpi, length is 28 inches and my bow is 305fps. My kinetic energy at bow is around 75ft lbs. Should I go heavier or lighter or am I good where I am at now and what would the benefits of changing if I needed? I'm not a bow speed freak. I just want as much penetration and K/E as possible.

You have more than enough K/E for deer with your current setup .

You have way more than enough energy for a deer. All going lighter is going to do is flatten your trajectory. Wont hurt anything to go lighter or heavier.

Actually I just got some new arrows that were lighter than my other ones and with the increased speed my kenetic energy whent up with the light arrow.

Up to a certain point , but a heavier arrow will retain more downrange momentum .

Thats true but I only hunt deer, dont need enough energy to put down an elephant.
