40lb @30" draw , bear takedown recurve, B-55 string

What carbon arrow combo do y'all suggest?

I need a min of 31" arrow and would like to shoot for 10gpp or 400gr total arrow weight.


Primary usage is 3d shooting

I would try some 600 or 700 spine.
Today at the Spring Fling, I some some interesting carbon express arrows. Tri-spine, CE Recurve RV, I think they are called. If I understood correctly, the center 1/3of the shaft is weaker to allow better flex around the riser. The lady was shooting at 580 spine.
