We killed 103 on Friday and 94 on Saturday. They were leaving in a hurry headed North on Saturday evening
 
Our group from church killed 223 Friday. Think we hit the same flock 3 or 4 times. Had around 70 when we stopped for lunch. All of them were killed by driving around to find them and then jump shooting flocks near the roads. Only saw one really big flock, and we hit it twice in the evening. This was a diy hunt we do annually, and the most we have ever killed.

Great hunt! Man, I would have hated to run down all the cripples, than have to tote em out. Great job!

This was the first time we had done it. We have a lease and we were going to pick up up decoys. We brought guns just in case and we ended up having 10 of thousands roosting on us. So, a few stalks through levees and ditches and that was the final result.

Next year, we'll bring the dogs.
 
Well, I had a decent season .Started hunting the snows in Arkansas about the third week of Jan. Was on lots of geese , finished last week in Missouri. Didn't keep up with numbers, but took lots. Ended up with two collared snows with leg bands, and one collared rosse with a leg band, and one leg banded snow. Sure hate to see it end. Guess its time for the turkeys. Good luck to all.
 
When does the season close on them? I haven't hunted them in several years but does Ark still invite hunters not required to have a license?
