if anyone bow hunts for turkey, is a blind necessary ?

It isnt necessary. Its more challenging for sure, but at the same time, more rewarding too. You have to really pick the right time to draw, you may be in for a long hold time, so I normally turn my bow back a bit. When more than a couple birds around makes it even more difficult. But for sure, the blind isnt required Good Luck!
