Thought I would share some pics from my Cousins bull we killed on Sept 1. Found him three days prior and were able to locate him about 2 miles from where he was before opening morning. He bedded down in small draw way out in the open, of course. This was archery so we had to figure out how to get to him. Long story short my cousin stalked out to bull which was over a mile and half from anything resembling a tree and made the shot at 2pm, snuck in last 100 yards in his socks. Made the decision to go for it after he was very dehydrated (it was high 80s) and had to try or back out. Gross score 354. This was a max pt tag.

Great bull! I'm fired up! I leave Sunday 9/11 for a two week CO trip. Trout fishing and archery elk is on the agenda.

Great bull anywhere, definitely not 350+ bulls behind every tree. Awesome job on being able to stay on him for 3 days and pulling a hard stalk off. Congrats to you both!
