Previous season bag limits DO NOT "carry over" to later season segments. The archery only, M/A, and the G/M/A segments have bag limits that only apply to that particular segment.
It requires a type 94 permit to take any antlerless deer during the G/M?A segment since there is NO antlerless takeset into that season. All antlerless take during that segment, including Unit L, is under the Special Season hunts which requires the permit.
