Ok so I have a 11 inch barrel on an AR lower. Is the flash suppressor added to the over all barrel length.EX. 11 inch barrel plus a 2 inch flash suppressor over all legal barrel length would be 13 inches ?

the barrel length would end at the end of the muzzle not the flash suppressor or brake

The muzzle device is only added to the barrel length if pinned/welded on, if removable it does not count.

Though you may have to argue with some cops over it and hopefully they'll call for clarification from someone who knows before hauling you in, I've heard of this happening a couple of times.
That's what I thought glad I have the brace keeping everything legal.
