AR-15. Where do you start?

If you wanted to build one at home where would you start and what tools would you need?

If You have never built one before I would suggest having someone help with your first build that has. A lot of springs and detentes can and will go flying if you're not real careful.

75 AMAX cannot be loaded to mag length in an AR-15 safely. A better alternative is the 69 or 77 grain MatchKings as they can be loaded to mag length. As for the 75 AMAX, they are great in a bolt gun, especially my .223AI.
