As with last year, on hot afternoons, all I see fit to wear are shorts, leotards for the chicks and tiggers and tennis shoes. These two fell for it on the blistering hot Wednesday afternoon after the season opener last year.

With those leggings, I see an exercise video in your future: "Gutting to the Oldies!"

Actually, Bowriter, that is a great idea! Sure wish I had thought of something like that last year... Just wore shorts in a blind, didn't think about the ticks/skeeters/etc... Dang good idea.

Haha. I did the same thing except I had a harness on and no shorts, just the leotard! The guys in my hunting party called me Peter Pan. Doing what I can to stay young folks!

Great minds think alike Mr. Sloan!

Aint no need to be hot just so you can wear camo. The deer don't care and they get just as dead. Back in the day, we use to wear panty hopse for the chicks and tiggers. Now, just spray down with permanone and keep on keepin on.

I did just about take a tizic draggin them out, though. I had about a 100-yard drag on both of them.

In the Army before thinsulate and all the other high tech warm weather gear thats out there, we used to wear nylons under our uniforms when it was cold out. They helped with the warmth, let you breathe and even helped with blisters on the long road marches.

My buddy used to wear Panty Hose on Ski Trips, said it helped keep him warm. I just had a mental picture of me breaking my leg and my Dad coming to pick me up and finding out I had Hose on, I don't think I'd get through the Front Door ever again.

Looks like those leotards would be much hotter than a pair of thin pants?

I suspect those two ladies are the only ones who will ever fall for your leotard look! ;)

Look close Gil, one of thos eladies is not.

As for the heat, could be but they aint worn for that. They are worn for chicks and tiggers which will certainly crawl up a pair of loose pants legs.

I gotcha. Good idea.
