Apple Pie Drinking Kind

[Slaughter-06]

Apple Pie

1 gal. apple cider
1 gal. apple juice
1 TS apple pie spice
1&1/2 cup sugar
10 cloves
5 Cinnamon sticks
6 Qt. mason jars and lids
1 liter moon shine or PGA

add all ingredients except shine
bring to slow boil, note this will take all day and will make
house smell real good.
slow boil two gallons down two one gallon and let cool.
Add Moon Shine and seal in jars and freeze.
Note if pie becomes slushy in freezer there is not enough shine in it.

Drink ice cold from the jar and enjoy!
Taste like ice cold apple pie going down and then you get a nice warm feeling all over!!!

I don't know what your saying you still need to cook it and it needs to end up 1 gal + the 1 Liter and you will end up with a little over 5 qts. it will be to weak and get slushy if you add PGA to more than 1 gal.
