Appendicitis this close to bow sux. Gonna be waiting till the last min to see if I'm gonna make it opening weekend or not. This stuff is no joke. Taken out sept 9 @ 8:00 pm
 
Had to be tied down for 3 weeks after I got mine done. Id hate to bust something open. Hope you heal quick

I don't think you can say that loud enough. It sounds like no big deal, but if you don't deal with it in time, it's absolutely lethal. I didn't take mine seriously, and I nearly (and should have) died from it.
 
Girl at work had the same thing. They scoped her in 3 places. 2 on the side of her belly and 1 through her belly button. She was out of work for 6 weeks. I would be careful and not over do anything.

After abdominal surgery, when they give you lifting limitations, ABSOLUTELY LIVE BY THEM. Lifting anything heavy before those abdominal muscles are healed could cause permanent damage (or at least damage it will take another surgery to correct).
 
Ya I'm afraid I won't be drawing my bow anytime soon. So until I'm confident I can I'll use my moms crossbow. Have whoever is my hunting partner that day chocolate chip cookie it and hope my first shot hits it's mark bc even with cocking rope I don't wanna chance it
 
Just curious, the appendix is on the right side of the abdomen and your scar is on the left - Don't recall I have ever seen an appendectomy scar on the left like that. Did the doc explain?

Lol I guess since I turned my phone and used the screen cam it looks backwards the scar is actually on my right side lol sorry for the confusion
