Anywhere in Nashville to pattern my shotgun?

Is there anywhere in Nashville to pattern my shotgun? I took it to Stones River when I went to sight my 7mm Mag. I was told slugs were only allowed.

When did they change that? I shot my blackpowder shotgun out there a few yeras ago.

I went the weekend before deer gun season. I was headed to a 50 yard lane. When I went in the booth for gun checking, the range master told me I could only shoot slugs. The lines looked like they were passing government cheese. Maybe they didn't allow shotguns that day to make lanes available for deer hunters.

Stones river will allow it, but they only let you do it about a month to a few weeks before turkey season.
