here is how i remove from carbons. I heat up a field pt pretty hot then screw in the shaft, wait about a minute and twist. if it doesnt come out, I remove the nock and drop a drill bit inside the shaft and hammer it out by bouncing the bit up and down.
alum shafts I heat them up just enough to break the bond.

I used superglue so that heating up stuff didnt work.
U took the knock out and stuck a big drill bit upside down in my shaft and swung it with one hand like a baseball bat and the insert came flying out and the dril bit did too, right acros the room :D
