What is that stuff? I've not seen anything like that. Is that some of the legendary "soil" I hear people talking about...?

Funny, there is a ag bean field about 30 yards behind where I was loading, and man alive that edge had been hammered by the deal and our haul road is covered, I mean covered with deer tracks!

What I wouldn't give for a "blank slate" of bottomland soil...

I used the one and only "bottomland" spot on my entire property for a food plot. It is all of 0.6 acres in size! :(

Thats funny right there!!! But very true, I wish I had some acorns, saddles, and funnels on my place. In summer those big fields are awesome to watch deer, but come fall it gets kind of lonely.......
