venison in one of those seasoning oven bags?
I picked up a porkchop and a chicken package to try.
oven baked is so much better for the health than good ole country fried...
anyway..the porkchops were about an inch/half thick and came out so tender, they fell apart. the next time, I added sliced onions and small halved potatoes to the bag and doubled the time.
YUMMY.
just wondered if anyone had tried venison in one?
these packages are in the store with the little package marinates, graveys, taco/chili sauces. McCormick put them out first.
